Consultation, Design & Project Management

Micro Design Living works on apartments for a multitude of clients, from single people to those who plan to live in a space with their family; those who plan to rent out an apartment occasionally or those who want to rent it permanently, so the space needs to appeal to a wider, less personal audience.

An initial consultation enables Micro Design Living to understand in detail the client’s needs, budget limit, likes and dislikes, and storage requirements (often at a premium in a small space).

Following this, Micro Design Living presents design proposals to the client for discussion and sign-off, and the work commences.  Hidden spaces are often ‘discovered’ during the works, and our designer works closely with our workmen to ensure that such spaces are absorbed into the overall design.

We manage each project from beginning to end. Our skilled experienced workers have great attention to detail and work together with our designer who makes regular site visits.
